Delivery of Works: Work accepted at Kloepfer Gallery on Sat. Oct. 29^th, 4:00pm – 6:00pm.

Pick-up: Please have arrangements for collection of work in place.

Unaccepted works: Tues. Nov. 2^nd 9:00am – 5:00pm. Artists will be informed by phone if work/s are not accepted.

Accepted works: To be picked up Wed. Nov. 30^th from 4:00pm – 5:00pm.

Prize:
There will be one People’s Choice Award for best in show.

Judging for Entry: By committee.

Entry Fee: An entry fee is $15 for up to two pieces and must be included with registration. Please make check payable to Guelph Creative Arts Association.

Sales Commission and Insurance:

A 20% commission will be retained on each sale and HST (13%) is collected from the purchaser.   Transportation of works to and from the show, and insurance for works, are the responsibility of the exhibitor. If a piece sells, replacement of equal size may be provided by the artist.

Eligibility and Size:

Exhibitors must be members in good standing of the Guelph Creative Arts Association.

All media are encouraged, whether wall art or crafts.  They must be original works and created within the last two years. Inadmissible are copies of work from another artist, magazines, calendars or copies of professional photographer’s works. No prints accepted. Oils and acrylics must be canvass edge finished or framed. Photography must be original work. Any work previously entered in a Guelph Creative Arts show is not eligible for entry.

Works must be no larger than 36” on the longest side, including frame. Works must be suitably framed, wired and ready for hanging, or provided with the means to display on a table.

Conditions of acceptance upon delivery:

Must conform to eligibility and size requirements.

Must also be:

• titled as on the registration form.
• priced as stated on registration form.
• no later than the delivery time.
• delivered to Kloepfer Gallery only.
• for sale.
• identified with labels attached.
